Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments against outstanding dues

Any amount remitted by a Distributor or Dealer towards outstanding balance shall not be eligible for refund, reimbursement, or reversal under any circumstances.

2. Order cancellation and advance payments

Where a Distributor or Dealer requests cancellation of an order for which an advance payment has been made, any request for refund shall be at sole discretion of Praneetha EcoCables Limited and shall be binding.
