The Website provides information about Praneetha EcoCables Limited, our cables and wires, manufacturing, industries served, career opportunities, and ways to contact us. 3. Enquiries, quotations, and orders
Submitting an enquiry or bulk order request through the Website, email, or WhatsApp does not create a contract. Any quotation we share is valid only for the period and terms stated in it. A binding order is created only when we accept a purchase order in writing, and it is governed by the terms stated in the quotation, purchase order, or invoice.
Our products are also sold through authorised dealers and retailers. Purchases made from them are subject to their terms of sale.
You agree that the information you provide in enquiries is true and accurate, and that you have the right to share it.
4. Dealership and distributorship
Submitting a dealership or distributorship enquiry does not guarantee appointment. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to apply for a dealership or distributorship. We review every application at our sole discretion, and any appointment is subject to a separate written agreement. You agree that the information you provide in your application is true and accurate, and that you have the right to share it. Nothing on the Website makes you an agent, partner, or representative of Praneetha EcoCables Limited.
Programmes, rewards, or benefits for electricians and dealers, including those offered through our mobile app, are governed by their own terms, which will be shared when you join.
5. Careers
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Job openings on the Website are indicative and may be filled or withdrawn at any time. Submitting a resume does not guarantee an interview or employment. You agree that the information and documents you provide, including your age and identity, are true and accurate. Praneetha EcoCables Limited never asks candidates for money at any stage of recruitment. If anyone asks you for a fee in our name, please do not pay and report it to info@praneetha.co.in.
6. Product warranty and safety
Not all products may carry a warranty. Where Praneetha EcoCables Limited provides a warranty on a product, its terms are only as stated on the product packaging, warranty card, or invoice, and not created, implied, or guaranteed by the content of this Website. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading, misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, or natural events.
Electrical installation should always be carried out by a qualified and licensed electrician in line with the applicable Indian Standards and local electrical safety rules. To protect yourself from counterfeit products, buy only from authorised Praneetha EcoCables Limited dealers.

All content on the Website, including the Praneetha EcoCables Limited name, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, videos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Praneetha EcoCables Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
